COVID-19 Update

The COVID-19 pandemic is causing unprecedented global challenges and we would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to the healthcare workers around the world who are risking their lives to save the lives of others.

At ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø we have taken several steps to ensure that we are able to continue to supply products, service and technical support to our customers, whilst protecting the health and safety of our team:

  • Protecting our staff: the majority of our staff are currently working from home, except those who are essential to product and service supply who are following the government’s social distancing rules.
  • Supplying products to customers: we have a robust supply chain and a supply of disposable sets to meet our customer’s needs. We continue to deliver products globally, however customers may experience delays due to reduced flight capacity and increased checks on the import/export of goods.
  • Providing 24/7 technical support: Our team of Clinical Specialists remain available to support your perfusions with the metra, please contact the 24/7 technical support line.

We are proud that our technology is helping to support liver transplantation during the COVID-19 crisis by allowing additional time (up to 24-hour perfusion) for the testing of donors and recipients for COVID-19 prior to transplant.
